ZOA sells unisex tote bags. The seller takes orders on WhatsApp, so the site has no online payment: the cart turns into a prefilled WhatsApp message with everything the seller needs.
The whole thing runs on one Cloudflare Worker, with a design system of tokens and components written before any code.

An admin the seller can run alone
Products, categories, custom colours, messages and settings are all managed from the admin. Photos are converted to WebP and capped at 2000px in the browser before upload, so the seller can send phone photos straight in.
